We aim to dispatch items between three and five days from receipt of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item being purchased.
Please note: our purchase and sales operations are currently limited to the United Kingdom, and other areas by request. Please contact me directly to enquire about overseas deliveries.
Wherever possible, the packaging used for orders is either recycled or recyclable / compostable.
I accept returns and cancellations as long as a request to return an item is made within 14 days of delivery. Return items must be dispatched within 30 days of delivery.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for any customised or personalised orders.
Customers are responsible for the return costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
