Annwn Restaurant - Narberth
I am delighted to announce that Annwn Restaurant in Narberth commissioned me to provide serving bowls and plates for their local seasonal and foraged menu.
It is a Welsh food movement that pays homage to the Pembrokeshire surroundings and landscape which fits perfectly with my sustainable and ethical approach. The restaurant was added to the prestigious Michelin Guide within a few months of opening in 2023.
They are also able to offer guided Foraging Experiences inviting you to discover the amazing wild ingredients abundant in our local area, including woodlands, meadows and occasionally the famous Pembrokeshire coastline.
